I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you for taking the time to go over PJ’s x-rays and to call me as well. I feel 100% better getting news like that from folks I know and trust. Ultimately, this is PJ’s decision to make, so I’m kind of out of it now. I’m sure in the end he will do the right thing, but right now he is still trying to wrap his head around not having any real teeth. Once again you have shown your kindness and courtesy to someone who has been practically destitute. I want to thank you all so much for the wonderful service that you have given to Mary C. and the uplifting of her spirits. You have all been so wonderful to her.
After a lifetime of taking care of her sick father, then her brother, then her mother and finally her sister, Mary has now been able to lead a life of her own. Her niece, Bernice, in Chester, N.J. has taken her in to live with them since she has very little means of taking care of herself. She has mentioned constantly how much she appreciates what you all have done for her and wishes she could repay you. Now she will be able to find some peace and rest to lead her own life despite her years.
You all have been a Godsend in the life of a needy person. May God bless you and reward you all for your kindnesses.
